The 4-step wine-making process, streamlined by our cutting-edge machinery, offers efficiency and precision for crafting exceptional wines. First, Cyprus Crushers gently crushes grapes, ensuring the optimal release of juice while preserving the integrity of the fruit. Next, our Press uses a slow drip, precision-extraction method that extracts only the purest form of juice from the crushed grapes, separating the skins, seeds and "grape water" over to capture the purest flavors. The juice then moves to a Short Fermentation Barrel, where it undergoes rapid fermentation, developing primary flavors in a controlled environment. Finally, the wine is transferred to a Long Fermentation Tank, allowing it to age and mature, deepening its complexity and achieving perfect balance before bottling. These machines make the process seamless, resulting in a high-quality, handcrafted wine every time.
